Analista de Contingência

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute the creation, configuration, organization, and maintenance of accounts and assets utilized in Facebook and YouTube operations;

• Continuously monitor the health, stability, and availability of the accounts and assets related to the operation;

• Quickly identify restrictions, suspensions, disapprovals, blocks, and other occurrences that may compromise the continuity of campaigns;

• Engage in the treatment and recovery of restricted accounts and assets, utilizing the processes and channels provided by the platforms;

• Implement necessary contingency processes to minimize operational impacts and ensure the continuity of campaigns;

• Prepare, configure, and make available the necessary assets for use by the Traffic team;

• Maintain updated controls on accounts, assets, accesses, statuses, occurrences, and actions taken;

• Document the history of blocks, recoveries, and other relevant movements in the operation;

• Identify patterns of instability and opportunities for improvement in contingency processes;

• Proactively prepare the necessary infrastructure to support the growth and scaling of the operation;

• Collaborate with the Traffic, Technology, and Operations teams to address demands and reduce bottlenecks;

• Monitor area indicators, such as asset availability, occurrences, recoveries, resolution times, and operational stability;

• Ensure organization, security, and compliance with internal procedures related to asset and access management;

• Contribute to the structuring, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes within the Contingency area;

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Contingency, asset management, or support for paid media operations;

• Practical knowledge of the structures and tools used in Meta/Facebook Ads and Google/YouTube Ads operations;

• Familiarity with the creation, configuration, organization, and maintenance of digital accounts and assets;

• Ability to quickly identify and respond to blocks, restrictions, and operational instabilities;

• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile;

• Capability to work with controls, documentation, and monitoring of indicators;

• Agility to act in critical situations without losing organization and execution quality;

• Ease of working in dynamic, high-demand, and fast-paced environments;
