Analista de Compras

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategic procurement processes, creating comparative charts and awarding recommendations that identify genuine savings opportunities.

• Maintain clear communication with suppliers, manage their registration in systems, and assist in monitoring third-party risks in accordance with CMF standards.

• Support the contract lifecycle (drafting, monitoring expirations) by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and internal requesters.

• Manage the approval flow and tracking of Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP, ensuring the correct receipt of goods or services.

• Identify bottlenecks in procurement flows and propose automation or process improvements (contributing to the optimization of SAP Ariba).

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree holder in fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, Logistics, or related areas.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or supplier management roles.

• Operational knowledge of SAP (MM and/or FI modules) for managing POs and approval flows.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for expense analysis and comparative charts).

• Proven experience in end-to-end strategic procurement processes and understanding of third-party governance/supplier risk.
