Analista de Business Intelligence – Inglés B2+ o C1, Manejo de Excel, Power BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Convert data into strategic decisions.

• Create impactful visual dashboards and uncover insights that enhance operations.

• Aggregate information, structure data models, and design key performance indicators (KPIs) that will steer operational success in a global environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in business administration, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in building and supporting dashboards, as well as in disseminating operational indicators.

• Proficiency in English (B2+ or C1 level).

• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Proficient in Office tools (Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong knowledge of statistical tools, metrics, management indicators, and consolidation of information from various sources.

• Salary ranging from $3,500,000 to $4,000,000 (depending on English proficiency) + a variable component of $500,000 + all legal benefits.
