Analista de Agilidade, Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support cross-functional teams in the adoption and advancement of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and activities focused on agility, collaboration, and an agile mindset

• Serve as a mentor for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team leaders

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive organizational transformation initiatives

• Measure and monitor agile maturity indicators and the impact of initiatives

• Foster a culture of feedback, continuous learning, and autonomy

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in roles such as Scrum Master, PO, or agile leader

• Mastery of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Skills in group facilitation and leading collaborative activities

• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy

• Ability to operate at various levels within the organization (teams, leadership, business areas)

• Knowledge of agile metrics (Lead Time, Throughput, CFD, etc.)

• Certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) are advantageous.

• Experience in agile transformation in complex corporate environments

• Familiarity with OKRs, Design Thinking, or Lean Startup methodologies.
