This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take charge of the comprehensive ambassador and partnerships strategy for IM8 across various markets including the US, UK, HK, and APAC.
• Establish the partnership tier framework — ranging from top-tier ambassadors and athletes to micro creators and affiliate partners — and allocate budget resources accordingly.
• Set specific channel-level objectives for attributed revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and brand impact, while being responsible for achieving them.
• Outline the partnership roadmap across diverse platforms and formats: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, events, and more.
• Identify, assess, negotiate, and manage relationships with ambassadors and partners across all tiers and categories.
• Create and sustain long-term relationships with key individuals — including athletes, health professionals, wellness creators, and brand collaborators.
• Oversee agency and platform relationships as needed, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing ambassador programs, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing within DTC, health, wellness, or consumer brands.
• Proven success in developing partnership programs that yield measurable commercial results — not solely reach or impressions.
• Experience in managing a variety of partnership types — including talent, creators, brand collaborations, and affiliates.
• Strong skills in contract and commercial negotiations — you understand partner value and can structure deals accordingly.
• In-depth knowledge of the creator and talent landscape across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of partnership performance metrics and attribution frameworks.
• Exceptional relationship management skills — with talent, agents, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset — capable of interpreting performance dashboards and making informed decisions.
