This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
⢠Create, oversee, and continually enhance sophisticated Amazon PPC frameworks spanning multiple brands and product categories.
⢠Take ownership of the comprehensive advertising strategy encompassing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, video campaigns, and innovative Amazon ad formats.
⢠Formulate proactive testing strategies centered around placements, keyword segmentation, search intent, campaign isolation, harvesting structures, and scaling methodologies.
⢠Evaluate performance trends across the entire product portfolioānot just individual campaignsāto pinpoint areas of underinvestment, overspending, or untapped market share opportunities.
⢠Direct PPC strategy for new product introductions, seasonal promotions, inventory sell-through initiatives, and ranking-focused campaigns.
⢠Track the impact of paid performance on organic rankings and consistently optimize for profitability as well as long-term account growth.
⢠Enhance campaign architecture and naming conventions to boost scalability, reporting clarity, and optimization efficiency across an expanding catalogue.
⢠Regularly introduce new ideas, trends, and best practices to the businessāparticularly regarding evolving Amazon placements, AI-driven search behavior, Rufus, video advertisements, and changing consumer behavior.
⢠Collaborate closely with listings, creative teams, and account management to synchronize advertising strategies with conversion rate optimization and catalogue expansion.
⢠Provide performance reports with clear commercial insightsānot merely data, but actionable recommendations and the rationale behind them.
⢠Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, managing complex accounts independently.
⢠Proven experience in managing advertising across multiple products, variations, or brands simultaneouslyānot just a few key SKUs.
⢠Demonstrated ability to strategically structure and optimize campaigns rather than just maintaining them operationally.
⢠In-depth understanding of how PPC impacts organic ranking, keyword indexing, and long-term catalogue growth.
⢠Strong commercial acumen regarding scaling, profitability, TACoS management, and market share opportunities.
⢠Experience in testing and refining campaign structures based on performance data and evolving Amazon trends.
⢠Confidence in working across seasonal products, various niches, and fluctuating demand patterns.
⢠Ability to proactively identify opportunities and independently present ideas.
⢠Strong analytical skills paired with effective execution capabilities.
⢠Familiarity with staying updated on Amazon advertising changes, evolving best practices, and new campaign types.
⢠Comfortable managing 20ā50 actively advertised SKUs concurrently across different categories and seasonal cycles.
