• We are in search of a specialist with expertise in Amazon Connect.

• The VELAIO team manages custom development and integrations; this role is centered on the design, configuration, and operation of the contact center platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud contact center environments, demonstrating a proven track record in configuring Amazon Connect in a production setting.

• Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in technical English for reading documentation and collaborating with international clients.

• Preferred qualifications include AWS certification or a focus on Amazon Connect.
