Alpha Jet Pilot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Ensure operational safety by evaluating and reducing risks associated with Top Aces (TA) equipment, personnel, and reputation.

• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License or a Commercial Pilot License, along with required medical certification and up-to-date Company Operations Manual credentials.

• Achieve 100% compliance with relevant Transport Canada and/or Department of National Defence regulations and training requirements.

• Execute operations in line with the TA Company Operations Manual, Aircraft Flight Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Provide professional, courteous, and skilled combat support according to customer-defined expectations.

• Report any challenges (knowledge, systems, procedures, proficiency, and support) that may hinder your ability to meet the aforementioned requirements.

• Foster engagement among other TA staff through positive and proactive leadership both on and off duty.

• Keep assigned reference materials updated in the TA knowledge repository, including regulations, procedures, maps, mission data cards, and any other essential information to ensure customer requirements are met safely.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of professional training for all pilots.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License or Commercial Pilot License, Instrument Rating, and a valid category 1 medical.

• Minimum of 2000 hours as Pilot-In-Command in fighter aircraft, including at least 1000 hours as PIC in multi-role fighter attack aircraft.

• At least 3 years of operational experience within the past 10 years.

• Familiarity with Large Force Employment, Close Air Support, Precision Guided Munitions, Accurate Munitions, and Unguided Munitions.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Qualification as a Fighter Weapons Instructor is considered an asset.

• Must have held an operational flying position within the last 2 years.

• Experience operating a Towed Target system is a plus.
