This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.
β’ Source qualified nurses for travel assignments through various channels, including prospecting, generating referrals, and pursuing leads.
β’ Promote assignments to potential travelers by identifying unexpressed needs and employing a consultative sales technique.
β’ Execute independent recruiting strategies to attract, screen (interview), and assess healthcare professionals (HCPs) based on the specific requirements of clients.
β’ Responsible for building a network of potential HCPs. Achieve company goals by expanding and maintaining the candidate pool.
β’ Negotiate compensation packages with HCPs while ensuring acceptable profit margins.
β’ Create strategies to explore new recruiting avenues; leverage various tools (e.g., email campaigns, social media) to build relationships and broaden the candidate base.
β’ Conduct regular competitive analyses within the local market.
β’ Meet or surpass key performance indicators: outbound calls, candidate submissions, and weeks booked.
β’ Foster relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to establish a loyal and engaged network of healthcare professionals.
β’ Maintain strong relationships with healthcare travelers to enhance patient care through supplemental staffing.
β’ Participate in trade shows, conventions, job and career fairs, workshops, and other company/client-sponsored events as required.
β’ Prepare weekly recruitment reports and undertake special recruiting projects as needed.
β’ Achieve weekly productivity targets/goals.
β’ Keep candidate database files and necessary documents updated.
β’ Ensure traveler satisfaction on each assignment through careful planning and follow-up.
β’ Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and colleagues.
β’ Maintain open communication with active nursing staff, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Identify nurses' needs, situations, and concerns through inquiry.
β’ Retain flexible schedules to accommodate nurse staff requests and resolve issues.
β’ Perform other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation. Ability to execute essential job functions with or without reasonable adjustments.
β’ A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship management, preferably in the staffing industry.
β’ A strong sense of urgency.
β’ Must possess effective phone presentation skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, negotiation proficiencies, and customer service expertise.
β’ Ability to collaborate with all individuals and aspects of the sales cycle to achieve all objectives.
