This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee, develop, and execute recruitment initiatives and processes.
• Manage a portfolio of clients to meet individual performance targets.
• Cultivate new business opportunities with current clients while nurturing existing relationships through strategic account management.
• Achieve personal goals and quotas, including targeted quarterly revenue and annual revenue growth.
• Conduct client calls, onsite assessments, candidate screenings, and presentations.
• Design, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies to optimize client revenue returns.
• Guide candidates and clients by presenting opportunity highlights, addressing objections, and offering consultations and recommendations.
• Utilize prospecting methods to generate new candidate leads.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies for the growth of the recruitment department.
• Create, organize, and present information on company services and client opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and offers and negotiate contracts as necessary.
• Promote a dynamic, competitive, and supportive team environment centered on account success and enduring client relationships.
• A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting physicians or healthcare providers.
• Preferred experience in dental or allied healthcare recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to engage and sell to C-suite executives, HR departments, and senior leaders.
• Effective communication skills with peers, management, clients, and internal teams.
• Strong track record of meeting targets in sales, revenue, quotas, or margins.
• A collaborative and supportive demeanor with colleagues.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
