• Assist in the alliance and partnership efforts of Growth Signals by managing daily coordination, enablement, and communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner teams to coordinate partner-related assets, announcements, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new alliance partners by creating partner enablement resources and standardized messaging.
• Develop, organize, and uphold partner-facing resources such as presentations, one-pagers, briefs, and regular updates.
• Monitor alliance deliverables, timelines, and engagement activities to ensure accountability and effective execution.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with external partners, including meeting follow-ups, status updates, and coordination notes.
• 4–6+ years of experience in partnership/alliance support, partner operations, customer success operations, program coordination, or similar roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear partner communications and enablement materials.
• Proven experience in supporting partnerships, alliances, or external stakeholder initiatives such as onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, or joint delivery coordination.
• Ability to distill inputs from various stakeholders into clear messaging, summaries, and actionable plans.
• Strong organizational capabilities and comfort in managing multiple partner workstreams, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, or Delivery teams to advance partner objectives.
• Proficient in communicating with external partners and internal leadership; confident in following up and clarifying expectations.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, growth-oriented environments where partner priorities may shift.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS, or B2B sectors working with strategic partners (Preferred).
• Familiarity with alliance, channel, or ecosystem partnership models (referral, reseller, services, or technology partners) (Preferred).
• Background in supporting co-marketing initiatives (joint webinars/events, partner announcements, and shared collateral workflows) (Preferred).
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth organizations with streamlined operating models (Preferred).
