This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Implement sales strategies that align with HPE’s vision, with the goal of surpassing sponsorship revenue targets across all HPE-owned conferences, forums, and immersive activations.

• Identify, research, and engage potential sponsors whose goals coincide with HPE’s innovation and edge-to-cloud solutions, developing a pipeline of valuable partnerships.

• Develop and present persuasive, tailored sponsorship proposals that highlight the advantages of HPE’s technology platforms and event experiences, customized to meet prospective partners’ marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with agencies and internal HPE teams on contract negotiations, ensuring that deliverables and pricing structures meet HPE’s standards of excellence and foster profitable, enduring relationships.

• Work closely with HPE marketing, event production, and solutions teams to guarantee the seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables, enhancing partner ROI and emphasizing HPE’s dedication to customer-centricity.

• Build and enhance relationships with current sponsors, promoting renewals and long-term alliances that support HPE’s strategic goals.

• Track sponsorship performance, generating insightful post-event reports that illustrate ROI and results in line with HPE’s business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in sponsorship sales, event marketing, or business development—preferably within the technology sector or B2B enterprise setting.

• A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, capable of conveying HPE’s unique value proposition to a variety of audiences.

• Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipelines and deliver targeted sponsor pitches, aligned with HPE’s sales processes.

• Proven capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects effectively.
