This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Cultivate and sustain robust working relationships with Microsoft and GitHub partner contacts, field teams, and ecosystem stakeholders throughout Latin America.
• Act as the main point of contact for Microsoft partner relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee Microsoft Partner Center operations, including deal registration, CPOR, PAL, and updates to the marketplace.
• Assist in collaborative go-to-market initiatives with Microsoft and GitHub, including co-sell strategies, campaigns, and solution positioning.
• Manage and implement Microsoft funding and incentive execution in conjunction with Sales, Delivery, and Finance, ensuring appropriate program alignment, timely nominations/submissions, necessary documentation, and tracking through reimbursement/payment (if applicable).
• Take charge of regional pipeline discipline and operational cadence: Organize enablement, strategic planning, and joint marketing or event initiatives with Microsoft and GitHub.
• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that foster pipeline growth, customer expansion, and strategic market development.
• Assist with business reviews, executive updates, and internal reporting pertaining to the partnerships.
• A minimum of 3 years in alliance management, partner management, channel sales, or a related field.
• Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem with a comprehensive understanding of partner-led go-to-market strategies, co-sell initiatives, and ecosystem engagement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Co-Sell Ready, ISV Connect, Azure Marketplace, CSP, CPOR, and PAL.
• Exceptional relationship management, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in sales operations, reporting, and CRM tools.
• A background in enterprise software, SaaS, managed services, or consulting is preferred.
• Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in supporting regional or multi-market programs in Latin America is highly desirable.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.
• Preferred: Proven experience in supporting Microsoft funding/incentive initiatives, including aligning opportunities with program requirements, coordinating nominations, and ensuring that required documentation and tracking are completed accurately and promptly.
