This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and enhance the pipeline by leveraging both existing and new partnerships.
• Facilitate collaborative account planning alongside Sales and partner teams.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts for co-selling initiatives.
• Recruit and onboard new partners across various models including referral, reseller, and co-sell.
• Foster partner engagement to ensure the consistent generation of opportunities.
• Assist in the creation of joint solutions and commercial proposals.
• Align Sales, Pre-Sales, and partners throughout the entire deal cycle.
• Monitor and manage partner-influenced opportunities to sustain deal momentum.
• Ensure visibility into partner-led or partner-supported implementations.
• Identify and escalate any risks or obstacles related to delivery.
• Gather delivery insights to guide future sales opportunities.
• Act as the main internal contact for all partner-related activities.
• Facilitate ongoing communication and engagement with partners.
• Contribute to the enhancement of partner programs, processes, and collaboration models.
• Proven experience in SaaS, alliances, or sales roles within partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline through partners or supporting partner-led sales initiatives.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management across both internal teams and external partners.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales cycles, deal structuring, and opportunity management.
• Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on coordination and follow-through.
• Proactive and execution-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Commercially driven, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with partner ecosystems including resellers, system integrators, and referral partners is preferred.
