This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Manage calls as needed, facilitating communication between Albanian and English speakers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Albanian and English, with a keen understanding of the related cultural nuances.

• Capability to deliver cultural competency and evaluate regional and accent variations.

• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.

• Capacity to focus and maintain neutrality and objectivity at all times.

• Educational background or professional experience in language-related fields such as teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation is preferred.

• Must be adaptable to any advancements in LLS technology.

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in reading and writing the required languages is highly preferred.
