This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee daily aviation fueling operations at KCH, MYY, LBU, BKI, and TWU.
• Ensure the uninterrupted supply of fuel through the safe management of fixed installations, refuellers, and bowsers.
• Implement and uphold SAV, Shell Performance Framework, SEAM, and other sanctioned systems.
• Maintain operational readiness during high-demand periods, disruptions, emergencies, and special operations.
• Assist in budget planning, monitoring expenditures, optimizing OPEX, and ensuring financial accountability.
• Provide precise demand and forecast data to Shell Airport Optimizer and Trading & Supply.
• Deliver HSSE leadership in alignment with Goal Zero, Life-Saving Rules, and Process Safety Fundamentals.
• Sustain HSSE and Emergency Response Plans, conduct drills, and coordinate with airport emergency services.
• Supervise Permit to Work activities and enforce Shell's security and risk management standards.
• Ensure proper handling of incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and Management of Change processes.
• Guarantee compliance with CAAM, MAHB, DOSH, DOE, and other authorities, including support for license renewal.
• Maintain aviation procedures, work instructions, licenses, permits, records, and operational data.
• Assist with audits, inspections, assurance activities, and the resolution of findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor operator competence, fitness to drive, licensing, vehicle compliance, and training.
• Manage and develop operations teams, including operators and contractors across five locations.
• Implement duty rosters, oversee workload and fatigue management, and assist with manpower and succession planning.
• Ensure the integrity, availability, and reliability of aviation fueling assets.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, corrective actions, and HSSE-critical equipment.
• Support CAPEX transformation projects, including scope, cost, schedule, and JHA/JMS reviews.
• Maintain fuel quantity, quality, product integrity, stock reconciliations, and calibration certificates.
• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with legal and Shell requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, asset management, maintenance, and process safety.
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Science, or Business; previous work experience may be considered for candidates who do not meet the educational requirement.
• Experience with aviation fueling systems or fuel farm operations is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in operations with a strong understanding of safe, compliant, and efficient practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Self-motivated individual who is well-organized, independent, and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage operations across KCH, MYY, LBU, BKI, and TWU.
• Competency, licensing, fitness to work, and training requirements for staff must be consistently upheld.
