This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Perform in-person onsite home assessments and property evaluations.

• Take high-quality photographs and document the conditions of properties.

• Generate structured assessment reports based on expert evaluations utilizing provided guidelines and templates.

• Maintain professional communication with Hosts.

• Coordinate scheduling through MediaBox and email.

• Ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner.

• Preferred background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields.

• Availability for a flexible schedule.

• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel.

• Capability to use a phone or tablet for reports and photo uploads.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Comfortable with technology and have a stable internet connection.

• Reside within a one-hour driving distance from the job location.
