This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assess and analyze regulatory standards set forth by federal, state, or local environmental agencies.
• Identify the relevance of air quality regulations.
• Develop air permit applications mandated by federal, state, or local environmental regulatory bodies for energy and industrial facilities.
• Engage in agency consultations, project meetings, and client interactions.
• Compile various required federal and state emissions reports.
• Create emission calculations for sustainability reporting purposes.
• Draft technical project documentation, including but not limited to technical summaries, emission estimates following approved state and federal calculation methodologies, applications, and client review packages.
• Employ a range of software tools for emissions calculations, modeling, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• The ideal candidate must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
• Strong mathematical skills are essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English.
