This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Formulate strategic go-to-market approaches, encompassing segmentation, targeting, positioning, and channel strategies, in close partnership with the VP – Sales and Development team.
• Work alongside the Specifications team to position Stego Air Barriers as the preferred choice for architects, distributors, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Continuously refine the strategy based on market insights, customer feedback, performance metrics, and competitive landscape.
• Implement and drive the execution of market entry and expansion projects to promote Air Barrier brand growth and development.
• Create and execute strategic tactical plans for key customers, fostering revenue growth and long-term relationship opportunities.
• Manage and supervise customer and brand acceptance initiatives for large or complex projects, coordinating across functions to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and address regulatory, technical, or adoption challenges.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new growth opportunities and inform/adapt sales strategies.
• Monitor, forecast, and report on significant market developments and emerging opportunities.
• Oversee the revenue performance of Air Barrier products, spearheading strategies, processes, operations, and achieving overall targets.
• Develop and leverage market expertise to guide the creation, execution, and adaptation of ongoing sales processes, initiatives, and strategies for the Air Barrier brand.
• Analyze sales data to forecast, assess pipeline health, and monitor target achievement.
• Utilize KPIs/BI tools for data-driven decision-making and foster post-analysis accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Stego’s Pipeline Development Division to identify, develop, and optimize demand creation opportunities and customer relationships.
• Ensure effective internal collaboration and utilization of company resources, including active and consistent use of Stego’s CRM.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers, including design professionals, distributors, contractors, and other customers, enhancing market presence and Stego brand loyalty.
• Represent Stego as a market leader and thought partner at significant regional and national trade shows and industry events to enhance brand positioning and value communication.
• Actively participate in relevant industry associations, boosting brand visibility and influence.
• Serve as a leader within the Sales Division, guiding and fostering a collaborative culture, pioneering new initiatives, and being a dependable resource.
• Build robust working relationships and collaborate with fellow Stego employees.
• Establish the Air Barriers Subdivision as a respected and collaborative resource within the company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (required).
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience (required).
• Established connections and experience within the Air Barrier product category (required).
• Proven history of developing and executing strategic go-to-market and market expansion strategies (required).
• Demonstrated ability to significantly contribute to profitability and market share growth (required).
• Background in construction, manufacturing, design, or technical fields (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce (highly preferred).
