This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Formulate strategic go-to-market plans that encompass segmentation, targeting, positioning, and channel strategy, in close collaboration with the VP of Sales and the Development team.
• Work alongside the Specifications team to establish Stego Air Barriers as the preferred solution provider for architects, distributors, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Adapt strategies continuously based on market and customer insights, performance metrics, and competitive trends.
• Implement and drive the execution of market entry and expansion initiatives aimed at fostering growth and development of the Air Barrier brand.
• Create and carry out strategic tactical plans for key customers, focusing on revenue enhancement and long-term relationship building.
• Oversee customer and brand acceptance efforts for large-scale or complex projects, coordinating across functions to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and mitigate regulatory, technical, or adoption barriers.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to pinpoint new growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Monitor, forecast, and report on significant market developments and emerging prospects.
• Take ownership of and drive revenue performance for Air Barrier products, leading strategies, operations, and overall target achievement.
• Leverage market expertise to guide the creation, implementation, and adjustment of ongoing sales processes, initiatives, and strategies for the Air Barrier brand.
• Evaluate sales data to forecast, assess pipeline health, and monitor target achievement.
• Utilize KPIs and BI tools to facilitate data-driven decisions and ensure accountability for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Stego’s Pipeline Development Division to identify, nurture, and maximize demand creation opportunities and customer relationships.
• Ensure effective internal collaboration and resource utilization, including active and consistent use of Stego’s CRM.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers, such as design professionals, distributors, contractors, and other customers, to enhance market presence and foster Stego brand loyalty.
• Represent Stego as a market leader and thought partner at key regional and national trade shows and industry events to advance brand positioning and communicate value.
• Engage actively in relevant industry groups to build brand visibility and influence.
• Serve as a leader within the Sales Division, guiding and supporting cultural initiatives, pioneering new initiatives, and being a reliable resource for collaboration.
• Foster strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with other Stego employees.
• Position the Air Barriers Subdivision as a respected and collaborative resource within the company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• At least 7 years of sales experience (required).
• Established experience and relationships within the Air Barrier product category (required).
• Proven history of developing and executing strategic go-to-market and market expansion strategies (required).
• Demonstrated success in contributing to profitability and market share growth (required).
• Background in construction, manufacturing, design, or technical fields (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce (strongly preferred).
