AIOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operational foundation of our Enterprise AI platforms and develop AI Agents.

• Configure, maintain, and enhance deployments of Enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Copilot, Gemini).

• Create and implement AI Agents for Shared Services teams, adhering to established pipeline standards.

• Develop and sustain a collective resource repository of reusable components.

• Engage in regular sessions to gather segment innovations, standardize them, and share them organization-wide.

• Act as the practical AI resource for segments lacking dedicated AI infrastructure.

• Adhere to team development standards across all AI solutions and platform initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building with Claude or equivalent LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, API integration, tool usage, and function-calling strategies.

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js for developing AI applications.

• Understanding of agent orchestration concepts, such as multi-step reasoning, tool chaining, and context management.

• Experience with MCP servers or similar integration methodologies.

• Expertise in context and token optimization.

• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security principles related to responsible AI implementations.

• 2–4 years of industry experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Copilot, Gemini, or other foundational models and automation platforms.

• Understanding of evaluation frameworks for measuring AI output quality.

• Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or agile development applied to AI deployment pipelines.

• Experience in building autonomous AI agents for enterprise workflows, beyond simple chatbots or assistants.
