AI/ML Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Function independently as a versatile, full-stack AI/ML engineer with T-shaped skills.

• Propose and implement solutions driven by AI/ML technologies.

• Examine technical architecture documentation for the project, ensuring the engineering team's outputs align with expectations.

• Create code that meets the specifications set by the business, technical architects, and clients.

• Guarantee that the code you produce maintains an exceptionally high standard of quality and minimal risk of defects appearing in production environments.

• Generate documentation for your code that serves as a valuable resource for your teammates and other engineering personnel.

• Collaborate effectively as a team player, working alongside your colleagues to meet deadlines.

• Address technical challenges by delving into the code to conduct root-cause analyses and implement solutions.

• Develop proofs of concept as necessary.

• Review code authored by team members to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.

• Stay updated with engineering best practices, design principles, technology, security, and compliance to apply this knowledge to all responsibilities listed above.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience as an AI/ML Software Engineer, with similar responsibilities as described above (excluding any internship experience).

• Proficiency in engineering with Python.

• Experience working in Linux and/or MacOS environments.

• Background in engineering a SaaS product/platform.

• Proven track record of accurately logging all design, development, and consulting hours daily to avoid revenue loss and ensure correct client invoicing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Level at least C1 - Advanced).

• Position based in Europe.

• Must possess valid work authorization and residency in Europe.
