AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain effective AI and machine learning pipelines for both internal and client-based initiatives.

• Deploy, manage, and scale both pre-trained and custom AI/ML models within production settings.

• Collaborate with data scientists to transform model prototypes into scalable, deployable AI systems.

• Enhance and fine-tune model performance, latency, and cost-effectiveness on cloud platforms.

• Integrate AI/ML solutions with AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.

• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistent deployment processes.

• Implement MLOps practices, encompassing CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and maintenance frameworks.

• Work alongside software engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into applications and user workflows.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, and MLOps deployment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering, software development with an ML/AI focus, or a similar role.

• Proficient programming skills in Python.

• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn frameworks.

• Practical experience in deploying and working with pre-trained models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar Generative AI technologies, in production settings.

• Strong familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Comprehensive understanding of Data Engineering principles and ETL/ELT workflows.

• Proficient in using version control systems like Git.

• Experience orchestrating Machine Learning pipelines using Kubeflow or managed cloud services.

• Skilled in building and optimizing scalable AI/ML systems.

• Knowledgeable about MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines for AI assets.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams, including solution architects and data scientists.

• The successful candidate must meet the requirements necessary to undergo a background check.
