• Lead and implement foundational 0-to-1 projects in innovative fields such as AI.

• Convert overarching strategic visions into actionable execution roadmaps.

• Facilitate swift transitions from prototype development to production.

• Design scalable solutions.

• Propel key milestones to position the new department for accelerated growth and the potential for a spin-off, attracting institutional support.

• Report directly to the founder of the department.

• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and business leaders.
