This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• Lead and implement foundational 0-to-1 projects in innovative areas such as AI.

• Convert high-level strategic visions into actionable execution plans.

• Facilitate swift transitions from prototype development to full production.

• Design scalable solutions.

• Achieve essential milestones to set the new department up for rapid expansion and potential spin-off to secure institutional investment.

• Report directly to the founder of the department.

• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial executives.

• Strong builder mentality with a high degree of agency.

• Established expertise in the relevant domain.

• Commitment to assume complete end-to-end ownership.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
