AI/ML Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

• Develop data pipelines along with ETL/ELT processes and frameworks for feature engineering.

• Conduct data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), model training, optimization, and deployment.

• Apply MLOps practices, including model versioning, experimentation, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Construct and implement applications based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and solutions powered by large language models (LLMs).

• Work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into AI solutions.

• Ensure adherence to AI security, governance, compliance, and industry best practices.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-14+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and delivering solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in creating enterprise-level AI, ML, and Generative AI applications.

• Profound expertise in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, MLOps, LLMs, RAG architectures, and Cloud-based AI platforms.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong leadership capabilities and skills in stakeholder management.

• Immediate availability to join / Notice period: Immediate Joiner.

• Proficiency in Machine Learning Algorithms.

• Experience in Feature Engineering, Data Splitting, and Encoding.

• Skills in Model Design, Optimization, and Deployment.

• Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, and BERT.

• Knowledge of RAG Pipelines and Prompt Engineering.

• Experience with AI Agent Frameworks and Agent Deployment.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, and Java.

• Experience with libraries and frameworks like Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.

• Knowledge of Data Engineering, ETL/ELT processes.

• Familiarity with Git, DVC, and MLflow.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kubeflow.

• Proficient in Apache Airflow and CI/CD practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker and AWS Bedrock.

• Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning Services.

• Experience with Google AI Platform.

• Familiarity with platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, and SAP.

• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of Vector Databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, and Milvus.
