This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery process for intricate voice and agentic AI implementations, spanning from discovery and scoping to configuration, launch, optimization, and stable production.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions through stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, agent shadowing, and review of transcripts and data.
• Link client operational challenges and desired results to the capabilities of the Laivly platform.
• Lead solution design workshops and ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding agent scope, behavior, requirements, trade-offs, and delivery methodology.
• Define success metrics with clients and Customer Success Managers prior to the commencement of configuration.
• Set up the Laivly platform, refine prompts and intents, test solutions, and execute standard integrations.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and solution validation, addressing issues before production deployment.
• Develop and manage deployment plans that outline milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, decisions, iteration cycles, and readiness for go-live.
• Manage stakeholder communications, maintain scope discipline, oversee change management, and navigate discussions regarding re-scoping, trade-offs, and timeline risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and specialized technical resources while remaining accountable for the outcomes.
• Track post-launch performance and adoption using data and client feedback to inform optimization and establish proof of value.
• Transform deployment insights into reusable patterns, playbooks, and product recommendations.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in product management, technology consulting, engagement management, technical solutions, enterprise implementation, or software engineering.
• Proven track record of managing complex delivery outcomes with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presence coupled with exceptional communication abilities.
• High level of technical fluency, including the capacity to read API documentation, test endpoints, troubleshoot integrations, and comfortably navigate technical tools.
• Practical experience with LLMs, including agent behavior, prompt iteration, evaluation, and understanding system constraints.
• Capacity to transition between technical problem-solving, solution design, operational planning, and customer change management.
• Proactive approach in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in converting delivery lessons into scalable processes, assets, or playbooks.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites approximately 25% to 35% of the time.
• Familiarity with contact centers, CCaaS, IVR, conversational AI, scripting, or technical prototyping is a plus.
