This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for AI and automation throughout the GTM funnel.
β’ Analyze existing workflows, manual processes, handoffs, queues, friction points, and data gaps across marketing, SDR/BDR, sales, customer success, and revenue operations.
β’ Maintain a scored inventory of opportunities based on impact, effort, risk, and data readiness.
β’ Examine data from CRM, marketing automation, engagement, sequencing, support, customer success, product usage, and finance.
β’ Measure baselines, establish success metrics, instrument workflows, and report on adoption and realized impact.
β’ Design and develop AI agents and automated workflows involving CRM automation, integration tools, agent platforms, and LLM APIs.
β’ Manage prototyping, testing with real data, piloting, hardening, launching, and iterative improvements of workflows.
β’ Create prompts, retrieval logic, tool definitions, guardrails, data flows, integrations, field mappings, deduplication, error handling, and human fallbacks.
β’ Document solutions for ongoing support.
β’ Promote adoption through training, enablement materials, office hours, and feedback mechanisms.
β’ Implement guardrails for data handling, customer-facing outputs, and human review.
β’ Collaborate with IT, security, and legal teams on tool evaluation, data access, and vendor assessments.
β’ Monitor spending on AI tooling and model usage, as well as cost per outcome.
β’ Deliver a documented GTM process map, prioritized backlog, and at least one production automation or agent within the first 90 days.
β’ Develop a measurable portfolio of agents and workflows across various GTM functions and create a repeatable intake-to-launch process.
β’ 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, business systems, data analytics, automation, or applied AI, with significant exposure to GTM workflows.
β’ Proven ability in building: deployed AI-enabled workflows, automations, agents, or internal tools that are adopted by actual users, with the capability to articulate what was built, its significance, and how impact was assessed.
β’ Strong data fluency, encompassing SQL and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
β’ Familiarity with GTM technology stacks, including CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, marketing automation, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, customer success, support, and reporting tools.
β’ Experience with LLM APIs, agent-building platforms, prompt design, structured outputs, retrieval or knowledge grounding, tool/function calling, and production guardrails.
β’ Background in automation and integration tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray.io, native CRM workflows, webhooks, or API-based integrations.
β’ Comfort with light scripting or technical configuration, preferably in Python or JavaScript, as well as APIs, JSON, data transformation, and troubleshooting across systems.
β’ Practical understanding of evaluation, testing, monitoring, failure handling, privacy, security, and cost management related to AI-enabled workflows.
β’ Strong stakeholder management capabilities and proficiency in bridging business needs with technical constraints.
β’ Self-directed and outcome-focused.
β’ Nice to have: experience in B2B services, SaaS, MSP, technology, or complex sales environments.
β’ Nice to have: familiarity with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, re-ranking, evaluation harnesses, or AI observability tools.
