• Engage in AI Workforce Planning projects

• Contribute to Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives

• Analyze roles, tasks, and competencies

• Identify tasks that can be automated, augmented, or require human intervention

• Redesign job positions and organizational structures

• Collaborate in Skills-Based Organizations and Workforce Transformation

• Determine new competencies required with the integration of AI

• Develop future workforce scenarios

• Support leaders and teams during transformation processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in People Strategy, HR Transformation, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, People Analytics, Future of Work, Change Management, or organizational transformation

• Strong analytical skills

• Curiosity about AI

• Systemic understanding of organizations
