AI Workforce Enablement Lead – People Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role modifications.

• Develop and implement enablement initiatives that foster genuine adoption.

• Equip managers to effectively guide their teams through transitions, addressing readiness, support, and difficult discussions.

• Convert redefined workflows into explicit role expectations, necessary skills, and enablement strategies.

• Create practical toolkits, engaging learning experiences, and resources for managers.

• Collaborate with Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure that enablement precedes shifts in accountability.

• Monitor adoption through leading indicators such as behavioral changes, readiness, and friction points.

• Continuously improve methods based on feedback from employees and managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-related change implementation.

• Demonstrated ability to drive behavior change rather than merely providing training or communications.

• Comfortable working within or closely alongside HR/Talent systems, including role design, skills development, learning, and performance management.

• Possess strong judgment, autonomy, and the ability to follow through in dynamic environments.

• Capable of diagnosing resistance and customizing support accordingly.

• Display practical curiosity and have experience with AI-enhanced workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Exhibits curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn as roles and workflows evolve.
