AI Workforce Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role modifications.

• Develop and implement enablement initiatives that foster genuine adoption, rather than mere “check-the-box” training.

• Prepare managers to guide teams through transitions, including readiness, support, and challenging discussions.

• Convert redesigned workflows into distinct role expectations, skills requirements, and enablement strategies.

• Create practical toolkits, engaging learning experiences, and manager resources that are effectively utilized.

• Collaborate with Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure that enablement is prioritized before accountability changes occur.

• Monitor adoption through leading indicators (such as behavior change, readiness, and friction), rather than superficial metrics.

• Continuously enhance strategies based on authentic feedback from employees and managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or executing talent-side change.

• Demonstrated ability to drive behavior change—not just deliver training or communications.

• Comfortable working within or closely with HR/Talent systems (including role design, skills assessment, learning, and performance management).

• Strong judgment, independence, and follow-through in fast-paced environments.

• Skilled at identifying resistance and customizing support accordingly.

• Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enabled methodologies (engineering expertise is not required).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
