• Evaluate existing tools and processes, pinpoint quick wins, and act swiftly

• Develop and oversee automations across HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, and Quo

• Leverage AI to enhance auto-responses, quote generation, PDF creation, and other advanced systems

• Integrate tools to function together smoothly, minimizing disruptions and manual efforts

• Inform the team about system functionalities and how modifications impact various roles
