AI Video Editor, Performance Ads – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Transform creative briefs that include an angle, hook, product, and/or reference advertisement into polished ads.

• Achieve a weekly goal for new concepts and hook variations, established during the initial week.

• Edit user-generated content (UGC), product images, and gallery photos.

• Develop advertisements utilizing AI presenters, generated visuals, and synthetic voices.

• Stay updated on current TikTok trends and activities in the Meta Ad Library.

• Write prompts and guide AI video generation tools.

• Track spending, hook rates, CPA, and ROAS for each advertisement.

• Refine ads that demonstrate strong performance and phase out those that do not.

• Collaborate with the company’s creative generation tool and report any output issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A video editing approach that prioritizes AI.

• Daily hands-on experience with AI video generation.

• Consistent use of at least two of the specified AI tools, with insights on which is most effective for different tasks: Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in editing direct response ads for Meta.

• Provide links to your work instead of a resume.

• Proficient in Premiere or DaVinci at a fast pace.

• Skilled in CapCut for trend-based formats.

• Capable of writing native-sounding English copy tailored for US consumers.

• Able to generate hooks, captions, and scripts from a brief that presents only an angle.

• Available for 4 hours per day during UK time overlaps, with flexibility for asynchronous work for the remainder of the day.

• Located within the EU timezone.
