This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Edit between 6 and 20 performance advertisements weekly for actual ad expenditure.

• Create hyper-realistic AI-generated user-generated content (UGC), animated advertisements, and clear voiceovers.

• Develop engaging hooks and creative variations informed by performance analytics.

• Produce creatives focused on performance for Primal Storm's e-commerce operations.

• Collaborate with founders and a fully remote team.

• Progress through the XP System, where advertisements accumulate XP based on the money generated.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce experience with a robust performance-ad portfolio.

• Demonstrated experience in DTC or e-commerce performance advertisements.

• Capability to create hyper-realistic AI-generated UGC that appears authentic and human-like.

• Proficiency in producing AI-generated song advertisements and animations in Pixar-inspired, 3D, and claymation styles.

• Skill in delivering clean, natural-sounding voiceovers for all creative pieces.

• Ability to consistently produce high-quality work quickly.

• A strong sense of accountability, responsiveness, and commitment for the long term.

• Capability to take ownership, communicate swiftly, and identify potential blockers early on.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and high-volume working environment.

• Must be dedicated to long-term employment and not seeking additional side work.
