AI Value Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements to define, prototype, and implement workflows powered by GenAI.

• Convert business and operational challenges into LLM-based solutions.

• Conduct discovery sessions, use case sprints, and prompt engineering workshops with stakeholders.

• Initiate rapid-cycle experiments and proofs of concept utilizing ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

• Transform successful experiments into reusable assets, such as prompt libraries, workflows, and solution playbooks.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and technical partners to validate and enhance concepts.

• Facilitate live GenAI educational experiences, including introductory sessions, role-based labs, and problem-solving workshops.

• Create and deliver enablement materials, including guides, templates, videos, job aids, and micro-learning tools.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to teams navigating AI adoption, capability gaps, and workflow redesign.

• Establish and manage internal or client-specific GenAI Labs to promote adoption and experiential learning.

• Develop frameworks that assist teams in exploring, experimenting, and sharing successes throughout the organization.

• Gather real-world insights to inform product development, content creation, and go-to-market strategies.

• Assist clients in progressing from initial AI awareness to active utilization.

• Implement, refine, and scale experiments into reusable solutions.

• Propel enterprise GenAI capability and adoption, particularly within the mortgage sector.

• Act as a primary expert for AI-driven business transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in consulting, product enablement, innovation, or applied business strategy.

• Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and lead client projects with minimal oversight.

• Direct experience using generative AI for practical applications, including developing prompts, workflows, and proofs of concept.

• Strong facilitation and storytelling abilities, capable of connecting business, compliance, and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to think and act swiftly in dynamic environments, with a strong track record of execution.

• Self-motivated learner with a high level of curiosity and a proactive approach.

• Experience in mortgage, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and compliance practices.

• Proficiency in or capability to teach tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, LangChain, or similar platforms.

• Background in startups, consulting, internal strategy, learning & development (L&D), or innovation teams.

• Openness to quickly learn about the mortgage domain if lacking prior mortgage industry experience.
