AI Value Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements to define scope, prototype, and implement workflows powered by GenAI.

• Convert business and operational challenges into solutions based on large language models (LLMs).

• Conduct discovery sessions, use case sprints, and prompt engineering labs with stakeholders.

• Establish baseline metrics for cycle time, transaction costs, error rates, and rework rates.

• Develop and justify business cases that quantify anticipated impact and foundational assumptions.

• Assess realized value after deployment and communicate results to client executives.

• Initiate rapid-cycle experiments and proofs of concept utilizing ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

• Compile successful experiments into reusable resources, such as prompt libraries, workflows, and solution playbooks.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and technical partners to validate and enhance concepts.

• Facilitate engaging GenAI learning experiences, including introductory sessions, role-specific labs, and problem-solving workshops.

• Create and deliver enablement resources such as guides, templates, videos, job aids, and micro-learning tools.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to teams navigating the adoption of AI, addressing capability gaps and workflow redesign.

• Establish and manage internal or client-specific GenAI Labs to foster adoption and experiential learning.

• Gather real-world insights to shape product, content, and go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, product enablement, innovation, or applied business strategy.

• Proven ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and lead client initiatives with minimal oversight.

• Practical experience using generative AI for real-world applications, including building prompts, workflows, and proofs of concept.

• Experience in constructing business cases — establishing baselines, estimating impact, and presenting ROI to executive stakeholders.

• Strong facilitation and storytelling abilities, capable of bridging business, compliance, and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to think and act swiftly in dynamic environments, demonstrating strong execution follow-through.

• Self-motivated learner with a high level of curiosity and a proactive approach.

• Experience in mortgage, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn quickly is essential.

• Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and compliance is beneficial.

• Comfort in working with model APIs, retrieval patterns, and evaluation methods for assessing output quality at scale.

• Proficiency in using or teaching tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, LangChain, or similar.

• Background in startups, consulting, internal strategy, learning & development (L&D), or innovation teams.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
