This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Train and enhance Grok's capability to interpret and generate video content with accuracy and technical insight.

• Utilize proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, and inputs for projects that involve video and multimedia components.

• Produce high-quality curated data that captures motion, timing, transitions, and visual effects.

• Improve Grok's comprehension of video as a medium.

• Commit to set hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing outstanding video work, including edited shorts, motion graphics, VFX breakdowns, compositing reels, or similar projects.

• Proficient skills in video editing, pacing, color grading, and narrative structure.

• Practical experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Nuke, or similar software.

• Capability to critically assess and articulate the technical aspects that determine the success or failure of a video sequence.

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

• Must work set hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Must fulfill legal eligibility, time-zone compatibility, and role-specific criteria.

• No visa sponsorship will be provided.

• Personal device must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later.
