This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate directly with functional teams and senior leadership to transform ideas into quantifiable outcomes.
• Assume responsibility for specific projects, workstreams, business challenges, and deliverables.
• Convert vague inquiries into organized analyses, actionable recommendations, plans, and deliverables.
• Design and test AI tools, automations, and scalable workflows.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI outputs, applying human judgment and review where necessary.
• Foster working relationships across departments and promote shared initiatives.
• Establish success metrics, communicate progress and risks, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Deliver clear recommendations supported by reasoning, evidence, and next steps.
• Cultivate knowledge about products, customers, markets, and operations.
• Product Marketing: create positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, research customer needs, and develop AI-enabled content workflows.
• Sales & Growth Strategy: evaluate customer, product, and market data; create pitches, proposals, business cases, and sales presentations; manage RFP/RFI responses; develop pricing models; enhance sales workflows using AI and automation.
• New Products Market Introduction: investigate market opportunities, formulate business cases, test positioning, recommend target segments and use cases, coordinate launch activities, and monitor launch readiness and feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven capability in AI applications.
• Quick learning ability.
• Evidence of translating analysis into actionable decisions, valuable deliverables, or tangible results.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to develop or significantly enhance a workflow, tool, or output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to structure arguments and articulate reasoning effectively.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, incorporating feedback, and delivering consistent quality work.
• Eagerness to engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• An MBA from a prestigious business school and relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, AI, energy, utilities, or clean technology is advantageous but not essential.
