This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop a comprehensive AI learning and enablement roadmap for all employees, managers, leaders, power users, and builders at Giga.
• Translate key needs across various functions such as engineering, manufacturing, project delivery, finance, sales, recruiting, and People into specific learning paths tailored to each role.
• Create and facilitate engaging workshops, workflow labs, onboarding sessions, office hours, and team coaching initiatives.
• Generate succinct videos, live demonstrations, field notes, job aids, and reusable examples as Giga's internal AI creator.
• Establish and manage an enablement hub offering guidance on approved tools, workflow playbooks, prompt and agent templates, verification checklists, and practical examples.
• Develop an AI champion network to adapt guidance, mentor colleagues, identify challenges, and share effective practices.
• Transform employee inquiries and workflow requests into reusable training materials, templates, controlled experiments, or briefs for Business Systems & Automation and other builders.
• Evaluate new models, agents, and workflow patterns; advise on what Giga should pilot, scale, defer, or discontinue.
• Collaborate with Digital Operations, Security, Legal, People, and data owners on approved tools, confidentiality, verification, human review, and escalation protocols.
• Assess adoption through metrics such as activation, repeat usage, workflow reuse, confidence levels, resolving blockers, quality, cycle time, hours saved, and signals of responsible use.
• Document success stories and identify barriers to adoption, providing leaders with insights and recommendations.
• Create dedicated opportunities for learning and experimentation, including showcases, build sprints, and discovery sessions specific to functions.
• A portfolio demonstrating your ability to clearly teach complex technology through live facilitation, video, writing, job aids, or a combination of these formats.
• Proficient hands-on experience with contemporary AI tools and workflows, including a specific example of an agent, automation, reusable workflow, or other capability you have personally developed or configured.
• Proven track record of changing behaviors and maintaining adoption, rather than merely delivering a launch, keynote, or course.
• Capability to diagnose genuine business workflows, identify where AI can provide assistance, and articulate when deterministic automation or human judgment is the more suitable option.
• Outstanding facilitation and storytelling skills, effectively engaging audiences with varying levels of technical confidence, from frontline operators to executives.
• Strong content judgment: ability to quickly create a useful tutorial, ensure its accuracy, and update or retire it when the underlying tool evolves.
• A history of measuring post-enablement changes, including usage, workflow adoption, quality, cycle time, employee hours saved, or other significant operational outcomes.
• Practical understanding of confidentiality, permissions, hallucinations, grounding, output verification, human review, and scenarios where AI should not be employed.
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, direct communication skills, and the ability to operate swiftly during times of technological and organizational change.
• Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
• Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
• 401(k) with a 4% employer match
• Unlimited PTO
• Parental leave
• Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
• Commuter benefits, where applicable
• Opportunities to collaborate in person at periodic team and company on-sites
