AI Trainer – Swahili

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Welo Data’s international contributor network

• Annotate or label various forms of media, including text, images, or audio, to assist in training AI systems

• Assess the quality and relevance of search results, advertisements, or chatbot responses

• Develop and test prompts aimed at enhancing large language models (LLMs)

• Ensure that content maintains cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy

• Evaluate project scope, timelines, and compensation prior to making a participation decision

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Swahili

• Residing in Kenya, Tanzania, or The Democratic Republic of Congo

• Proficient in English

• Comfortable using digital tools

• Detail-oriented and inquisitive
