AI Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

• Assess and prioritize product initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, return on investment (ROI), and organizational impact.

• Oversee and manage the AI product backlog throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Convert business requirements into user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate AI product discovery sessions with business stakeholders.

• Propel the development of AI knowledge bases, Semantic Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Enterprise Intelligence capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Executive Leadership to effectively deliver AI-driven products.

• Promote stakeholder engagement, product adoption, organizational alignment, and change management initiatives.

• Define, track, and enhance product KPIs, business outcomes, and value realization metrics.

• Ensure that Responsible AI, governance, compliance, and best practices are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

• Continuously enhance AI products through customer feedback, experimentation, and iterative delivery.

• Articulate AI capabilities, risks, limitations, and opportunities to both technical and business audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.

• More than 3 years of experience managing enterprise software products and their roadmaps.

• Demonstrated experience in defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.

• Strong grasp of Machine Learning fundamentals.

• Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, and Enterprise Knowledge Bases.

• Experience in defining KPIs, assessing product performance, and fostering user adoption.

• Capability to translate business requirements into user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience leading Agile product delivery with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of Data Governance, Analytics, Responsible AI, and AI governance principles.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
