This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
β’ Identify and qualify Pathfinder opportunities within the client base.
β’ Lead discussions to showcase strategic authority.
β’ Manage the pipeline from the initial conversation to the signed engagement letter.
β’ Collaborate with the COO on pricing strategies and proposal creation.
β’ Mentor team members as the function expands.
β’ Oversee Pathfinder engagement from kickoff to presentation.
β’ Create a risk assessment that encompasses execution, technology, organizational, and market aspects.
β’ Author and present the Pathfinder Playback to the client's executive team.
β’ A minimum of five years of professional experience in business development or consulting.
β’ Proven ability to lead conversations at the executive level regarding business outcomes.
β’ Experience in promoting user adoption and facilitating organizational change.
β’ Proficient in building financial models and conducting ROI analyses.
β’ A successful track record in selling professional services engagements ranging from $25K to $100K+.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Comfortable working independently within a small, distributed team.
