This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Identify and assess Pathfinder opportunities within the existing client base.
• Facilitate positioning discussions to showcase strategic expertise.
• Manage the pipeline from the initial conversation to the signed engagement letter.
• Collaborate with the COO on pricing strategies and proposal creation.
• Mentor team members as the function expands.
• Oversee Pathfinder engagements from kickoff to presentation.
• Create a risk assessment that includes execution, technology, organizational, and market factors.
• Write and present the Pathfinder Playback to the client's executive team.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in business development or consulting.
• Capability to lead executive-level discussions regarding business results.
• Proven experience in driving user adoption and managing organizational change.
• Background in constructing financial models and conducting ROI analyses.
• History of successfully selling professional services engagements valued between $25K and $100K+.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort in working independently within a small, distributed team.
