📋 Description

• Provide leadership in the technical development of the enterprise AI Agent platform by establishing architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure scalability, governance, and reusability.

• Act as a technical reference for engineering teams, aiding in architectural decisions and facilitating the integration of generative AI solutions throughout the organization.

• Design and execute sophisticated architectures for intelligent agents, incorporating orchestration, memory management, context handling, external tools, and integration with enterprise systems.

• Develop and improve robust mechanisms for agent observability, monitoring, auditing, traceability, and evaluation to ensure reliability and quality in production environments.

• Lead the creation of frameworks, reusable components, and accelerators for producing AI-driven solutions.

• Assess and guide initiatives involving AI agents, pinpointing opportunities for standardization, efficiency improvements, and reduction of technical complexity.

• Create MVPs and strategic solutions that serve as references for the entire organization, encouraging the adoption of AI best practices.

• Contribute to the in-house development of critical platform components, ensuring enhanced control, security, operational efficiency, and technological independence.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to promote technical alignment across various AI initiatives and share knowledge within the internal community.

• Engage in defining the company’s AI technology strategy by tracking trends, assessing new technologies, and recommending enhancements to the ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and distributed systems architecture within highly scalable, mission-critical environments.

• Demonstrated experience as a technical reference, Tech Lead, Specialist, or Solutions Architect.

• Practical experience in building AI Agents, multi-agent systems, and applications based on large language models (LLMs).

• In-depth knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.

• Advanced understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques, including Few-Shot Prompting, Chain of Thought, Tree of Thoughts, Self-Ask, and other structured reasoning methodologies.

• Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic retrieval techniques.

• Proficient in defining and applying evaluation metrics for AI applications, including automated evaluation, benchmarking, experimentation, and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with AI observability aspects, such as prompt monitoring, execution tracing, cost analysis, quality metrics, and auditing.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, or Azure), with an emphasis on resilient and scalable architectures.

• Knowledge of security considerations for Generative AI, including Prompt Injection, Jailbreaks, data leakage, guardrails, and AI Safety practices.

• Capacity to convert business challenges into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.

• Background in large-scale enterprise Generative AI platforms.

• Understanding of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and LLMOps.

• Experience in fine-tuning, model customization, and evaluation of language models.

• Relevant certifications in Cloud Computing, Software Architecture, or Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience in high-transaction environments and digital products catering to millions of users.

• Involvement in technical communities, presentations, articles, or open-source projects related to AI.
