AI Solutions Specialist – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the AI Solutions team by establishing objectives, priorities, and workflows while supporting their professional development and growth.

• Define and spearhead the strategy for conceptualizing and implementing AI solutions, in alignment with product and business priorities.

• Identify opportunities for applying AI in products and processes, assessing their potential, feasibility, and impact.

• Drive the definition and design of AI-based solutions, translating business and product needs into functional proposals and implementable solutions.

• Oversee and support the implementation and deployment of solutions, ensuring quality, functional adequacy, and value generation.

• Establish methodologies, standards, and best practices for defining, developing, and implementing solutions.

• Prioritize initiatives and coordinate their execution with product, business, and technology teams.

• Promote the evolution of the portfolio of AI-based solutions and products.

• Act as a reference point in the area of applied AI solutions for products and evaluate new technologies and trends.

• Ensure consistency between solutions, business needs, and technological evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in roles related to product, conceptualization, and definition of technological solutions, preferably in Artificial Intelligence environments.

• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, models, and solutions, including their capabilities, limitations, and application possibilities in business products and processes.

• Experience leading initiatives for defining and implementing technological solutions, from opportunity identification to deployment.

• Strategic vision of product and business, with the ability to identify opportunities, set priorities, and guide the evolution of solutions.

• Proven experience in leading teams and developing individuals, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and the achievement of goals.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders from various areas.

• Strong analytical skills, decision-making capabilities, and results orientation.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
