AI Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze opportunities for applying AI solutions in business products and processes.

• Conceptualize and define AI-based solutions, translating business and product needs into concrete functional proposals.

• Assess the capabilities, possibilities, and limitations of various AI technologies and solutions to determine their applicability.

• Participate in the definition, design, and implementation of AI solutions alongside technical and product teams.

• Support the deployment of solutions, ensuring they meet functional needs and business objectives.

• Define and enhance processes through standards, methodologies, and best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement of products and solutions by identifying opportunities for evolution and optimization.

• Collaborate with involved teams to correctly integrate solutions into existing products and processes.

• Act as a link between functional needs and the capabilities of AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in roles related to product, solution conceptualization, or functional definition, preferably in technological and AI environments.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, models, and solutions, and their application possibilities in business products and processes.

• Ability to identify use cases, assess their feasibility, and translate functional needs into concrete solutions.

• Product and business vision, linking real needs with technological opportunities.

• Understanding of the development and implementation processes of technological solutions and capability to work with technical teams.

• Analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to manage initiatives from start to finish.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both functional and technical interlocutors.

• Availability to undertake a small technical test during the selection process.
