This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish and enhance relationships with AI/ML users to encourage adoption, discover new use cases, and promote increased usage within customer accounts.
• Engage in discovery sessions with customers to comprehend their objectives, share the vision of Arize, demonstrate product features, and suggest customized solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to address intricate customer requirements, ensure seamless implementation, and provide guidance on technical best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with customers during the onboarding process and for new functionalities.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase account value, pinpoint areas for improvement, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Actively monitor product usage across your accounts to assess account health.
• Work closely with Account Management and Executive teams to identify upselling opportunities and align on strategies for customer health.
• Convey customer feature requests to internal teams effectively and advocate for customer needs.
• Ensure that support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in environments with minimal processes.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the competency to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating insights and promoting collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to present technical products and convey their value through tailored customer solutions.
• Thrives in dynamic settings with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering quantifiable results.
