AI Solutions Engineer – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement AI-driven prototypes within 6-week sprint cycles, delivering production-quality code that showcases business value and lays the groundwork for future enterprise productization.

• Develop intelligent solutions utilizing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, encompassing Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.

• Collaborate with Accelerators and Navigators to convert validated opportunities into functional solutions, offering insights on feasibility, performance, and implementation complexity.

• Employ SDLC best practices—version control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD—in a rapid prototyping setting to maintain a balance between quality and speed.

• Generate comprehensive technical documentation (code, APIs, deployment, and architectural decisions) to facilitate a smooth transition to Development teams.

• Showcase prototypes to stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value and integrating feedback into iterative enhancements.

• Make practical engineering decisions that weigh speed, technical debt, and long-term scalability.

• Create solutions using Halo and Copilot platforms in accordance with enterprise architecture and platform standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant AI/ML certifications are preferred.

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions utilizing modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar agentic platforms).

• Proficient in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, with a proven history of writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.

• Experience in developing within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint).

• Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agentic system design.

• Familiarity with modern development practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures.

• Solid API and integration experience, including REST services, OAuth/authentication, and enterprise system connectivity.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines while balancing speed and technical rigor.

• Knowledge of data center operations, construction workflows, or infrastructure delivery is advantageous.

• Awareness of security, data privacy, and enterprise compliance standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, particularly in complex, integrated environments.

• Strong communication abilities, with a knack for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
