This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the complete technical implementation of our AI solutions (both SaaS and on-premise) for enterprise clients.
• Design and implement tailored integrations with client systems, APIs, databases, and existing workflows.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to comprehend customer infrastructure, requirements, and business goals.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives to showcase value and expedite customer adoption.
• Resolve intricate technical issues and deliver swift solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to offer technical expertise throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations and solution design.
• Address RFPs, technical due diligence questionnaires, and security/compliance inquiries.
• Act as the main technical liaison for key enterprise accounts during the onboarding process.
• Educate customer teams on product functionalities, features, optimal usage, and best practices.
• Generate technical documentation, integration guides, API documentation, and best practices resources.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and business partners to solve problems.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our entire suite of AI tools and keep updated on product changes and industry trends.
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback to guide product development priorities and roadmap.
• Share customer insights, use cases, and technical lessons with internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Exhibit personal responsibility and accountability by adhering to project timelines and customer commitments.
• Successfully thrive in a remote work setting through active engagement in team meetings, standups, and cross-functional collaboration.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated success in directly engaging with enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, database systems, and enterprise software integrations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to addressing customer challenges.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Capability to read, write, and modify code across our full technology stack.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications; general familiarity with the capabilities of major AI platforms (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT models).
• Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development methodologies.
• Understanding of enterprise security, compliance needs, and data governance.
• Proficient in technical documentation and diagramming tools.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and web service integrations.
• Previous experience in a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or field engineer role at an AI/SaaS company (Bonus).
• Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers (Bonus).
• Background in healthcare technology or familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) (Bonus).
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration tools (Bonus).
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service or other Azure AI services (Bonus).
