AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with transactional attorneys to provide guidance on how our platform, data, and insights can be leveraged for both live and historical transactions.

• Deliver technical assistance throughout the customer lifecycle—identifying AI use cases, advising on solution design, showcasing capabilities, and facilitating implementation and optimization.

• Assist customers in their AI adoption strategies and solution deployment, capturing insights that will inform product strategy and the development roadmap.

• Play a significant role in new model training and quality control by translating subject-matter expertise into multi-layered AI systems.

• Develop documentation, use cases, and workflows that promote internal knowledge sharing and best practices in applied AI.

• Generate measurable outcomes through increased AI adoption, enhanced customer satisfaction, and improved internal AI maturity.

• Contribute to Thomson Reuters' thought leadership by creating customer-facing content, participating in events, and serving on advisory boards.

• Initiate self-directed projects that align with Customer Success objectives and promote organizational innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in a leading law firm or a top legal department.

• Proficient in transactional legal practice in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, capital markets/securities, credit/finance, or other corporate transactions.

• Proven experience with generative AI applications and a solid understanding of large language model (LLM) architecture and operation.

• Significant experience utilizing online legal research and practice tools tailored for corporate attorneys.

• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts and produce clear documentation, learning resources, and compelling presentations for non-technical audiences.

• A blend of creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset—you adeptly simplify complex challenges, embrace experimentation, and perceive setbacks as opportunities for learning.

• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI research, industry trends, and a critical perspective on risks, opportunities, and societal impacts.
